An AI photobooth rental in Kochi from One Wiibe pairs a DSLR and studio lighting with real-time AI styling: the guest is photographed, the image is re-rendered in your chosen style within seconds, and it lands on their phone branded and ready to post.
We build and operate the booths ourselves from a studio in Kochi — three of them, each solving a different job at an event. Below are the actual footprints, power needs and turnaround times, so you can check them against your venue before you talk to anyone.
Same operator, same branding pipeline, same instant delivery. What changes is what the guest walks away with.
| Booth | Guests per shot | Space | Power | Internet | What the guest gets |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| DSLR & AI Photobooth specs | 1–4 | 2 × 3 ft | 1 × 5A socket | Required | A DSLR portrait restyled by AI into the look you picked, on their phone in seconds |
| Explore the 360 Video Booth rig | 1–3 | 4 × 4 ft | 1 × 5A socket | Required | A cinematic slow-motion orbit shot at 120fps, audio-synced and branded |
| See the Vintage Photobooth setup | 2–4 | 4 × 4 ft | 1 × 5A socket | Required | Retro-filtered frames on a custom backdrop, themed to the event |
All three are listed with full requirements on the photo booth rental hub. Branding artwork is due three days before the event date so the styles can be proofed on the rig itself, not on a laptop.
Every photobooth booking includes the hardware, a trained on-site operator for the full window, custom backdrop and on-screen branding, unlimited shots, and instant delivery to each guest by QR code, WhatsApp or email.
A styled portrait is the one thing an attendee will post from a day of keynotes. Put the booth near the coffee break, not the exit.
Footfall stops for a queue. The 2 × 3 ft footprint fits an atrium kiosk, and every share carries the campaign hashtag.
The 360 booth on the dance floor and the vintage booth near the entrance cover both halves of the night.
A booth pulls people into a stand and gives your team a reason to start a conversation while the render finishes.
A booth captures the moment; a game creates one worth capturing. The pattern that works at corporate events is a high-energy game drawing the crowd and a booth catching them on the way out — see interactive event game rentals, or start with Reflex Pro, our smart football arena, and Digital Vallam Kali, a Kerala boat race two guests row together.
Pricing depends on the booth, the number of hours and how much of the output is custom-branded. Every hire includes the hardware, an on-site operator, branded overlays and unlimited shots for the booked window. Send the date, venue and guest count and we quote the same day.
The DSLR and AI photobooth needs 2 × 3 ft, the 360 video booth and the vintage booth need 4 × 4 ft each. All three run off a single 5A socket and need internet for instant delivery to guests' phones.
Instantly, on their own phone — by QR code, WhatsApp or email, in the branded frame you approved. Nothing is printed unless you ask for prints, and nothing waits until after the event.
Yes. Backdrop, on-screen frame, overlays, filter styles and the delivery message are all customised. Artwork is due three days before the event so the styles can be tested on the actual rig.
Always. Every photobooth hire includes a trained One Wiibe operator who sets up, runs the booth for the full window, keeps the queue moving and packs down. You are never left next to an unattended rig.
Yes. The studio is in Kochi and the team deploys across Kerala — Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode, Thrissur, Kottayam — and to events anywhere in India. Travel and stay are quoted separately for events outside Ernakulam.
Between 30 and 60 minutes depending on the booth, plus a test round. We normally arrive two hours before doors so the branded styles are checked on-site before the first guest sees them.
A normal booth takes the photo and prints it. An AI photobooth re-renders that photo in a chosen visual style within seconds — a portrait, an era, a brand world — so the guest posts something they have never seen of themselves before.
We'll come back with the booth mix, the footprint it needs and a real number — not a brochure.
