One Wiibe rents interactive games built in-house in Kochi — reflex arenas, reaction tests and a digital Vallam Kali — for corporate events across Kerala. Each station ships with custom hardware, branded software and a technician who runs it all day.
These are not re-skinned arcade cabinets. Every game is custom hardware paired with software we wrote, which is why the branding can sit inside the play instead of on a banner behind it. Footprints, turn lengths and setup times are below — check them against your venue before you enquire.
Turn length is the number that decides your queue. Space is the number that decides whether it fits the lobby.
| Game | Players | Time per play | Space | Setup | What it is |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Explore Reflex Pro arena specs | 1–2 | 90 sec | 12 × 12 ft | ~90 min | A mini football pitch turned smart arena — every hit on the walls is detected instantly |
| Rent the Digital Vallam Kali boat race | 2 | 3 min | 10 × 10 ft | ~60 min | Kerala's boat race, rowed with physical paddles that register every stroke |
| See the F1 Reaction Game setup | 1–2 | 30 sec | 3 × 6 ft | ~45 min | Reaction time measured to F1 accuracy off a five-light Grand Prix start |
| Explore Snow Rider specs | 1 | 2 min | 4 × 6 ft | ~45 min | A pivoting footbase and handlebar rig that turns physical leans into digital skiing |
| See how Scream Xtreme works | 1 | 30 sec | 3 × 6 ft | ~45 min | Scream into the mic — louder and longer fills the Chilly Meter faster |
| Explore the Mind Game shell challenge | 1–2 | 2 min | 3 × 6 ft | ~45 min | A digital shell game on a high-resolution monitor with physical tactile buttons |
| See the Buzz Wire station | 1 | 1–3 min | 5 × 2 ft | ~20 min | Guide a metal handle along a copper track without touching it once |
Every game above runs off a single 5A socket within 5 m and needs no internet. Full requirements sit on the interactive event game rentals hub.
One station handles roughly 25–60 guests an hour depending on turn length. For a 500-guest corporate event, three to four stations keeps queues under five minutes across a three-hour window.
| Guests | Stations | A mix that works |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 150 | 1–2 | One crowd-puller plus one 30-second game |
| 150–400 | 2–3 | Reflex Pro, Reaction Game, and a photobooth on the exit path |
| 400–800 | 3–4 | Two arena games, two fast games, two booths |
| 800+ | 5+ | Split across zones so no single queue owns the room |
Games create the moment; a booth sends it home. The combination that performs at annual days and activations is one arena game drawing the crowd and an AI photobooth rental in Kochi catching them on the way out — or the 360 video booth if the floor has room for an orbit. Quieter formats — lobbies, exhibitions, VIP lounges — are usually better served by interactive installations or the wooden game range, which needs no power at all.
Between 5 × 2 ft and 12 × 12 ft depending on the game. Buzz Wire needs 5 × 2 ft, most screen games need 3 × 6 ft, Digital Vallam Kali needs 10 × 10 ft and Reflex Pro needs a 12 × 12 ft arena. Every game runs off a single 5A socket.
Turn length runs from 30 seconds to 3 minutes, so a single station handles roughly 25 to 60 guests an hour with a technician keeping the queue moving. For a 500-person event we normally recommend three to four stations.
Yes — and inside the play, not just around it. Screen skins, leaderboard styling, the physical cabinet wrap and the score card the guest shares are all customised. Because we wrote the software, the brand can drive the game logic itself.
An on-site technician is included with every digital game. They set up, calibrate, run the station through the event, handle the leaderboard and pack down.
No. Every game in the digital range runs fully offline. Internet is only needed if you want live leaderboard sharing or the photobooths alongside them.
20 to 90 minutes per station depending on the game — Buzz Wire is the fastest at around 20 minutes, Reflex Pro the longest at about 90. We arrive well before doors and calibrate on the actual floor.
Yes. The studio is in Kochi and we deploy across Kerala and the rest of India. Travel, freight and stay are quoted separately for events outside Ernakulam.
Pick one crowd-puller and one fast-turnover game. Reflex Pro or Digital Vallam Kali draws the crowd and creates the photos; Reaction Game or Scream Xtreme clears a queue in 30 seconds so nobody walks away.
We'll come back with the station mix, the space it needs and a real number.
