One Wiibe is a brand activation agency in Kochi that designs, fabricates, codes and operates interactive experiences. We put the brand inside the thing guests play — not on a banner behind it — and send our own team to run it on the day.
A logo on a backdrop is photographed by nobody. A logo inside the game somebody is winning is photographed by everybody. Seventeen experiences, four ranges, all built in a studio in Kochi and deployed across India.
Most activations use two of these: one that draws a crowd, one that sends something home.
| Range | Best for | Footprint | Power | What it produces |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Interactive event game rentals | Crowd, queue, competition | 5 × 2 ft to 12 × 12 ft | 1 × 5A | Leaderboards, play counts, photographs of people competing |
| AI photo booth rentals | Shareable takeaway | 2 × 3 ft to 4 × 4 ft | 1 × 5A | Branded portraits and 360 videos on guests' phones in seconds |
| Interactive installations | Storytelling, product reveals, lobbies | 2 × 2 ft to 4 × 4 ft | 1 × 5A | Guided journeys through content — a cube, a slider, a living plant |
| Wooden game rentals | Quiet zones, outdoor, no power | 3 × 3 ft | None | Tactile play that works where cables cannot go |
Twenty minutes on the event, the audience, the room and the brand. We come back with a format mix and a footprint that fits your floor plan.
Screen skins, cabinet wraps, game logic tweaks, backdrops, filter styles. Artwork locks three days before the date so it can be proofed on the real hardware.
Fabrication and code happen in the Kochi studio. Existing installations are re-skinned in weeks; a new mechanic is a six-to-ten-week build.
Our technicians ship the kit, set up in 20–90 minutes per station, run it through the event and pack down. You get the play data and the gallery afterwards.
Plays, dwell time and shares. Every game logs its own play count and leaderboard; every photobooth output is delivered digitally. Engagement is counted at the station rather than estimated from footfall past it.
Corporate annual days, product launches, dealer meets, exhibitions and trade shows, mall and retail activations, college fests and weddings. The studio is in Kochi, so Ernakulam and the rest of Kerala — Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode, Thrissur, Kottayam — are same-team deployments; the kit and the crew travel anywhere in India from there.
If the goal is a crowd and a competition, read interactive games for corporate events in Kerala for footprints and station planning. If the goal is a branded asset in every guest's camera roll, read AI photobooth rental in Kochi. If the goal is a product story told without a presenter, the interactive installation range — including the Digital Cube, a physical cube that drives the screen — is where to start. More about the studio itself is on the about page.
It turns a marketing message into something the audience does rather than watches. At One Wiibe that means designing, fabricating and coding an installation, then sending a team to run it at your event so the brand is experienced, photographed and shared.
Three to four weeks is comfortable for a branded version of an existing installation. A fully custom build — new hardware, new game logic — needs six to ten weeks depending on fabrication. Branding artwork is due three days before the event either way.
Yes. Every one of the seventeen experiences started as a custom brief. We fabricate the hardware and write the software in-house in Kochi, so a new mechanic is a build timeline, not a licensing problem.
Yes. Compact formats matter there — the AI photobooth needs 2 × 3 ft and the Digital Cube 2 × 2 ft, both on a single 5A socket, which fits an atrium kiosk or a showroom corner without a rigging plan.
By plays, dwell time at the station, and shares. Every game logs its own play count and leaderboard, and photobooth output is delivered digitally, so the number of guests who engaged and the number of assets that left with them are both counted rather than estimated.
Yes. The studio is in Kochi and installations ship to events anywhere in India, with our own operating team travelling with the kit. International deployments are quoted case by case.
One Wiibe technicians. Setup, calibration, running the queue, resetting leaderboards, troubleshooting and pack-down are all ours — the client team is never responsible for the hardware.
Tell us the event, the audience and the room. We'll come back with the format mix and a real number.
